Youโre not here by accident.
Someone you trust told you to come here โ not because they could explain what happens,
but because they felt it, and knew youโd feel it too.
This is The Working Shiba.
But we donโt train dogs.
We donโt offer packages.
We donโt walk for exercise.
We walk for memory. For resonance. For rhythm.
If youโre already sensing that this isnโt like anything youโve seen beforeโฆ
youโre right.
Itโs not.
But itโs not new either.
This is a memory older than language โ
where animals donโt mourn with emotion,
they mourn with motion.
This is not a dog walking business.
This is a rhythm-based protocol for carrying the memory of the ones we lose โ
without losing the pattern they gave us.
At The Working Shiba, walking isnโt about going somewhere โ itโs about moving with.
We walk in rhythm with the dogs, with memory, with whatโs still here.
This isnโt training. Itโs realignment. Itโs rhythm stewardship โ listening through steps, responding through breath, letting the pace come from the dogโs own pulse.
This isnโt something we learn from words or technique.
Itโs something you feel when a rhythm-holder quietly steps away, and the next one naturally picks up the pace.
We walk the paths once shared โ not out of routine, but to keep those memories alive with every step.
Even when we canโt see or hear the one whoโs gone, we stand where their rhythm once was, carrying that pulse with us.
Grief moves too.
It maps itself into the walk โ in the pauses, the direction changes, the quiet insistence of presence. Weโre not here to get over anything. Weโre here to walk with it โ to carry it in rhythm, mapping grief as inheritance. This is Rhythmic Ethology ๐พ๐ฌ๏ธ๐
Start with a breath.
Weโll walk when the field calls.
